Astech announces partnership with FMS, TSI in Ireland
Astech Ireland Ltd. is pleased to announce that we have entered into a strategic partnership with FMS and TSI, for supply and service of their cleanroom contamination monitoring products in Ireland.
What does that mean? It means that within the partnership, Astech will provide direct support to FMS & TSI customers in Ireland for equipment sales, pre- and post-sales applications expertise and on-site field service.
The new partnership provides Astech with a trusted and highly respected supplier of cleanroom monitoring products and gives us and our customers access to their considerable expertise.
Astech shares the FMS & TSI philosophy of offering exemplary customer service that gives us a competitive advantage. Like Astech, FMS & TSI supports its customers to maximise uptime and ensure that the industry’s best contamination control solutions are provided to each facility.
Ronan Banerjee, the Managing Director of Astech Ireland Ltd, views the partnership with FMS with enthusiasm and as a valuable resource for customers in Ireland. He is pleased with the opportunity to join forces to share contamination control expertise and benefit from an industry-leading range of products. Astech will now be able to supply superior TSI particle counters and monitoring solutions to the many progressive pharma and high-tech business markets in Ireland.
Simon Tebb, EMEA Global Key Account Manager Controlled Environments at TSI Inc. is delighted that we’ve chosen this progressive path to collaborate with a business that’s well respected in Ireland.
We will look to strengthen localised sales and support in Ireland for the unique TSI BioTrak® Real-Time Viable Particle Counter. Ireland has a dynamic pharma manufacturing sector; the BioTrak is the market’s leading biofluorescent ARMM, providing advanced functionality to help pharma companies comply with new Annex 1 directives for continuous aseptic monitoring. That’s another great fit, particularly as the FMS5 software from TSI provides a comprehensive Annex 1 compliant monitoring solution.
A final partnership benefit customers in Ireland: Astech will also open its in-house technical workshop operations to offer calibration and repair services to existing and future FMS customers in the country.
