PD12OEM FOR FLEXIBLE INTEGRATION
The PD12OEM allows for vertical or horizontal integration of the peristaltic pump head close to the filling station.
Electronic components are supplied in a box, which can be mounted at a different location, where more space is available. For example in an separate electrical cabinet.
The unit can be combined with up to total 16 peristaltic fillers and a master controller.
It provides maximum flexibility as it can fill between less than 0.2 ml up to more than 250 ml and a filling accuracy better than ±0.5% is achievable on most volumes.
Surfaces on the pump head are rounded for easy cleaning and a special gaskets ensures a high degree of ingress protection.
The unit is available in anodized aluminum and in stainless steel.
